
Brighton and Hove Recovery College, offer educational courses as a route to recovery from mental health challenges. All their courses are FREE and designed and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, together with clinical staff and other professionals.
The College is provided by Southdown, in partnership with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and as part of the Community Roots network of mental health support.
Their upcoming Spring term will run from 31st January – 11th April 2022
After the success of their Autumn 2021 term which saw the reintroduction of some sessions in a socially-distanced classroom setting*, they have announced even more face-to-face sessions for Spring term. They will also continue to offer online sessions via a software application called Zoom.
*Subject to any changes to Government Covid safety guidance and restrictions.
The College are also introducing eight new courses and workshops for Spring term with a focus on creativity. Look out for the yellow ’NEW’ sticker to find these in the prospectus.
