In this video, we speak to Maha who works for The Trust for Developing Communities (TDC) Equalities team as part of the Community Roots Network.

Maha explains how TDC support ethnically diverse community groups with their wellbeing and mental health. They also work with individuals who are experiencing wellbeing and mental health issues to overcome language barriers that can have an impact on understanding their rights and accessing support from various services.
