UOK and The Hangleton & Knoll Project (HKP) to host Healthy Mind – a Free Mental Health & Wellbeing Event

We at UOK, in collaboration with The Hangleton & Knoll Project (HKP), are excited to announce a free mental health and wellbeing event on November 16, 2024. This community-focused event will take place at St Richards Community Centre, Egmont Road, Hove, BN3 7FP, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Our event aims to provide attendees with access to a variety of mental health and wellbeing services, workshops, and complementary therapies. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in workshops on managing sleep, breathing techniques, Qigong, and tapping for self-compassion. Additionally, limited treatments such as the Alexander Technique, hand massage, Indian head massage, and shoulder massage will be available.
