The guest speaker Ruth Jacobs, founder of Certified Minds Limited, will provide an overview on:
- A professional and lived experience account of supporting young adults as they transition to use adult mental health services, with a focus on eating disorder patients and those who have spent time in Tier 4 CAMHS hospitals.
- Key difficulties that young people experience during the transition that are often overlooked.
- Ideas of how to support this process in a person-centred way.
