If you, or anybody you know, are struggling with your mental health and wellbeing, you’re not alone. There is a wide range of crisis mental health and wellbeing support available across Sussex including walk-in face to face support, text, and phone support. In addition, a number of local organisations in West Sussex are providing free Christmas meals. All details are available in this document put together by the Mental Health VCSE (Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise) Network.
