The team works with children and young people who are struggling to find or engage with the right services to support them. Offer home visits and can liaise with other services or school to ensure that needs are met.

Offer practical support, education and advice to those in poverty, poor living conditions, benefit claimants, unwaged, pensioners, families and those on low incomes.

Provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives.
