Partnership of three local charities and local authority assessment staff to create a focal point for unpaid carers to get information and support they need. Aims to improve the quality of life of carers in Brighton & Hove by offering a wide range of services and comprehensive local resources for carers of all ages.
Mind the Gap: Community Support (11+)
Community wellbeing support for children and young people aged 11-25 years old and their families. The team works with children and young people who are struggling to find or engage with the right services to support them. Offer home visits and can liaise with other services or school to ensure that needs are met.
