Telephone service offering support and information to anyone experiencing mental health problems including stress, anxiety and depression. Also available to carers and healthcare professionals.
Switchboard Helpline
For LGBTQ people looking for community, support or information. Open 7pm-9.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
