Grassroots Suicide Prevention listen and connect people to support through their award-winning Stay Alive app, tools, and resources to help keep people safe from suicide. The app is recommended by NHS England.
They offer bespoke and evidence-based consultation and training, co-designed to empower individuals, organisations, and communities to develop the skills and confidence to help save lives. Grassroots Suicide Prevention have experienced trainers also deliver internationally recognised qualifications. Online and offline courses cover suicide, self-harm, mental health, talking about suicide and other key topics. They have trained over 50,000 people and train over 300 organisations annually.
They help remove the stigma around suicide. Most suicides are preventable with timely intervention and the right support. They raise awareness through campaigning on the ground and influencing at a strategic level. Their expertise is not just clinical and frontline experience, but also lived experience. They regularly present at conferences and provide consultancy around suicide prevention strategies and safe campaigning across the UK.
