UOK Wellbeing Service – Peer groups

Connect, learn and share with others

Our peer groups bring people together around shared mental health and wellbeing experiences.

They are supportive, structured groups where you can learn new ways to look after your wellbeing, hear from other people with similar experiences and share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

You do not need to already be receiving support from the UOK Wellbeing Service to join a peer group.

You can join a group in any UOK Wellbeing Service neighbourhood across Brighton & Hove and East Sussex.
