Walk in
welcome sessions
Drop in and talk to a member of staff about your mental health and wellbeing.
The UOK Wellbeing Service is organised into local neighbourhoods, in line with the NHS Neighbourhood Mental Health Team approach. This brings together NHS, GP, community and voluntary sector organisations to provide more joined up support and help people access the right support at the right time.
Select your nearest neighbourhood below to view local timetables, book onto peer groups, or arrange a Saturday telephone appointment.
You do not need to use your local neighbourhood. If you live in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex, you can access support, groups and activities across any UOK neighbourhood.
Our walk in welcome sessions are a simple way to access support. No appointment is needed. Just come along to one of the sessions below and speak to a member of staff about your mental health and wellbeing.
Staying Well provides walk-in out-of-hours support for adults experiencing mental distress or crisis. The service is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You don’t need an appointment and you can get same day support if you feel like you are unable to cope.
We are open:
Monday to Fridays: 5pm to 10:30pm Weekends: 3pm to 10:30pm
