Peer groups

Peer groups are structured programmes focused on a specific mental health or wellbeing topic. They offer the opportunity to learn alongside others, share experiences and build confidence in a supportive environment.

You do not need to be a current UOK client to join a peer group. Before attending your first session, you may be invited to have a brief conversation with a member of staff to make sure the group is right for you.

There are currently no peer groups available to join in Brighton & Hove. We'll be adding further details and booking information here soon, please check back shortly.

Peer groups are available in other UOK Wellbeing Service locations; please check our location pages for what's currently on offer.
