Peer groups

Peer groups are structured programmes focused on a specific mental health or wellbeing topic. They offer the opportunity to learn alongside others, share experiences and build confidence in a supportive environment.

You do not need to be a current UOK client to join a peer group. Before attending your first session, you may be invited to have a brief conversation with a member of staff to make sure the group is right for you.

Peer groups for this location are not available to book at the moment.

We’ll add details here as soon as they are available. Please check this page again soon.
