Every Tuesday morning at 8:45am, Seaview, a partner in the UOK East Sussex network, is inviting clients to start their day with intention, nourishment, and community at their Eat Yourself Well breakfast group.
This mindful sit-down breakfast is more than just a meal. It offers a calm and supportive space where people can come together to prepare and enjoy healthy, balanced food that supports both body and mind. Rooted in the idea that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats can significantly improve mental health, the group promotes clean eating as a tool for managing anxiety and depression.
Each session includes a gentle discussion around food groups and how they benefit wellbeing, along with time to set a positive intention for the day and week ahead, encouraging the development of healthy routines in a safe and social setting.
