Recovery College Spring term 2026 and Open Day announced

Brighton and Hove Recovery College offer educational courses as a route to recovery from mental health challenges. The College is provided in partnership with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

All courses are free, and are designed and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges (Peer Trainers), together with clinical staff and other professionals. Whether you are hoping to gain a better understanding of mental health challenges or are looking to develop new skills and abilities, the Recovery College provides a range of workshops and courses that may be of interest to you.

Southdown are delighted to invite you to attend our Spring Term Open Day.

When? Wednesday 7th January ‘26 from 11:00 – 3:00.

Where? Brighthelm Centre, North Road, Brighton, BN1 1YD

No registrations needed, just drop in.

Open Days are a great opportunity to meet The Recovery College team, have a coffee and a chat, and ask any questions you might have regarding the College and our Spring Term offer.

How do I enrol?

The enrolment window for the Spring Term will open on Wednesday 7th January. The enrolment form will be available from our website (Brighton & Hove Recovery College – Southdown) to either download or complete electronically, or alternatively an enrolment form can be completed and submitted at Open Day.

Enrolment forms need to be completed and submitted by Friday 16th January.
